DESCRIPTION:After how much fun this class was as a private event\, we’re opening it up to the public and turning it into an ongoing series! \nThis is a hands-on cocktail and spirits class focused on learning\, tasting\, and building real bar skills. Guests are welcome to attend solo or with others. Bring your partner. Bring your best friend. Bring your situationship\, your third wheel\, your roommate\, or someone you just really like being around. The class is designed to be engaging\, social\, and approachable for all experience levels. \nWe’ll begin with a sparkling toast\, followed by a guided local spirits tasting led by Chelsey. You’ll taste each spirit on its own and learn key tasting notes so you understand exactly what’s going into each drink before it’s mixed. \nPaul\, our favorite local bartender\, will then guide the group through three thoughtfully designed cocktails using the Brümate shaker as the primary\, all-in-one tool for the class. You’ll learn proper technique\, ratios\, and practical bar skills while working with some of our favorite local flavors available in the shop. \nUnlimited drinks are included\, as well as Stellar pretzels to nibble on.
