Ryan “RB” Brooks and incumbent Dave Noble have received the most votes in the unofficial results for the two open seats on the Incline Village General Improvement District Board of Trustees. If those results hold, Brooks will join the board and Noble will return for another term beginning in January 2027.

Their strong showing signals support for the current board’s focus on maintaining and investing in the amenities that are central to life in Incline Village and Crystal Bay. Diamond Peak, the Recreation Center, our beach house, golf courses, and tennis and pickleball center all require continued investment and thoughtful planning.
We see the support for Brooks and Noble as a vote of confidence in continuing that work. The incoming board will face consequential decisions about which projects move forward in the district’s capital investment plan, how they are funded, and when residents can expect to see improvements.
Key Results Across Nevada
Nevada voters also chose new leadership in Carson City. Aaron Ford won the governor’s race, defeating incumbent Joe Lombardo. Ford, currently Nevada’s attorney general, will become the state’s first Black governor when he takes office in January 2027. Until then, Lombardo remains governor.
Francisco “Cisco” Aguilar won reelection as secretary of state, defeating Republican challenger Jim Marchant. Aguilar will begin his second term in January, continuing his work as Nevada’s chief elections officer.
Nevada’s representation in the U.S. Senate remains unchanged. Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen, both Democrats, continue to represent the state. Neither Senate seat was on the ballot this year.
Looking Ahead in Incline Village and Crystal Bay
Here at home, attention now turns to the work ahead for IVGID. We look forward to seeing how the board sets its capital investment priorities, weighs costs, and moves projects toward completion.
Congratulations to Brooks and Noble on their strong showing, and thank you to everyone who voted. Incline Together will continue covering the board’s decisions and opportunities for residents to participate.
IVGID results remain unofficial while ballot counting continues. Washoe County’s election canvass is scheduled for November 13th.
