The Holman Family Bike Park is officially back, and on Friday evening, community members gathered to celebrate its reopening with a ribbon-cutting at the newly expanded and improved park.

The project completes another chapter in a community effort that began more than a decade ago. The original bike park opened in 2017 after the Holman family stepped forward as a major donor, working alongside the Incline Tahoe Foundation, IVGID and local supporters to help turn the vision for a community bike park into reality.

This summer’s improvements included the much-anticipated advanced pump track along with work to reinstate the park’s flow track jump lines. The result is a pretty incredible place for riders to build skills, challenge themselves and, perhaps most importantly, just have some fun.

A big round of thanks to everyone who invested their time, money and energy into making this happen. Community amenities like this don’t happen without people willing to invest in them, and the Holman Family Bike Park is a great example of what those partnerships can create.

The park is free to use and welcomes riders of all ages and skill levels, with a pump track, beginner and intermediate flow lines, jumps and the new advanced pump track. Helmets are required, and the park is open during daylight hours.

We grabbed a few photos during Friday’s celebration, but this is one you really need to see for yourself.

Grab your bike, bring the kids, or just stop by to check out what has been created right here in Incline Village.
