The Incliners social group is the heartbeat of our Village and redefines the art of social living. As part of IVGID’s 49+ active adult community, The Incliners host a year-round calendar of social, recreational, and educational events that turn every moment into a celebration of life, friendship, and mountain + lake living.
They are getting ready for the biggest event of the summer! — the Incliners August Parade, Car Show, Dinner, and Dance! (Event)
Kicking off the festivities is the parade, which is back by popular demand!
- This year’s parade will showcase an impressive lineup of hot rods and classic cars winding through the streets of Incline Village.
- The route begins at 3:45 PM at the corner of Tahoe Blvd and Village Blvd. The cars will head east on Lakeshore, then north on Country Club, and finish at the Chateau around 4:30 PM.
Find your spot along the route, cheer on the drivers, and enjoy the display of magnificent vehicles! We expect 24 cars in the parade and they will be a great mix of classic and hot rods.
After the parade, Incliners Members and their guests will have the opportunity to vote on the best classic and sports cars, with prizes awarded during dinner. Please note that dinner is by reservation only and is currently sold out.
Schedule:
- Parade: 3:45pm – about 4:30pm (come out and wave to everyone!)
- Car Show 4:30pm – 5:45pm
- Cocktails 5:30pm (Incliners Members only)
- Dinner 6:30pm (Incliners Members only)
If you’re attending the event, carpooling is recommended, as parking at the Chateau will be limited. This is sure to be an unforgettable evening of celebration and community fun!
