During the IV/CB Community Forum today, Captain Beard announced he will be retiring on October 26th after serving over 26 years in the Washoe County Sheriff Office.
His WCSO retirement ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, November 2nd, at the WCSO located at 911 Parr Blvd in Reno.
We would like to thank Captain Beard for his time and support given to this community during his tenure here, and we wish him all the best.
WCSO will assign a new Incline Village Captain in the coming months.
